These suggest a standalone, untethered VR headset that’s unlike the Index, to say the least....

The WhatsApp data migration tool was first introduced on select Samsung phones before being expanded to all Samsung Galaxy devices running Android 10 or higher. To transfer your data, make sure both your iPhone and Android device are up to date with the latest WhatsApp release. You’ll also need a Lightning-to-USB-C cable but if you don’t have this specific cable, Samsung allowed the use of adaptors so we can assume this works with Pixels and other Android phones as well....

This new addition was spotted in the 2.20.171 beta version of the app by WABetaInfo. According to their report, users can see a small QR icon located in their Settings page which will direct them to the new QR Code section. From here, users are presented with their own personal QR code that can be shared with another person, as well as a Scan Code option for adding others. Keep in mind that a user’s code will contain their WhatsApp ID and their phone number, so that’s something for you to consider first before presenting it to another person....

For the test, the platform is increasing the current 100MB file size limit to 2GB, making WhatsApp a viable and convenient option for sharing large files given its ubiquity. News about Xiaomi’s endeavour was first reported on the China-based ITHome.
