Bloomberg reports that this is evidenced by a provision that the company included in deals with publishers. Said provision allows the company to bundle the subscription service with the other ones.

The report also states that publishers will be earning less from the partnership as a result. With publisher  already earning less than expected, it remains to be seen if they will want to keep being a part of this deal. They also have the right to pull out of the deal if they are unhappy with the service, but only after the one-year contract has lapsed. It’s important to note that Apple News+ is still not a service that’s available in Malaysia. Because of this, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to benefit from this bundle that the company is planning.

One Apple subscription service that’s conspicuously missing from the proposed bundle ins Apple Arcade. If the company comes up with a subscription bundle for us, hopefully we get it to replace News+ that’s not available to us. But that’s more wishful thinking than anything else. (Source: Bloomberg)
