ORIGINAL STORY (5:45 PM): Celcom has revealed that its network is currently facing disruption in the Northern part of Peninsular Malaysia. This was confirmed through an announcement on its Twitter and Facebook page. Due to the disruption, data, SMS, and voice services for customers within the region which includes Perlis, Kedah, Penang, and Perak might be affected. The announcement also stated that the disruption was caused by fibre failure.
