That being said, the bank’s customer service agents have stated that CIMB Clicks is currently experiencing “unusually high traffic” in their replies to customers on Facebook and Twitter, which mirrors the notification on its website.
Instant Transfer is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, you can use CIMB ATMs, Interbank GIRO or DuitNow to perform your transactions and enquiries. At the moment, the bank is also not able to provide any estimated recovery time for the feature. In fact, the bank listed the downtime status for Instant Transfer as “Until further notice” in the Maintenance Schedule section of CIMB Clicks website. So, if you still insist on using the Instant Transfer feature, you may have to wait for a long while although we’ll keep you updated once we hear more from CIMB.
