Specs-wise, the P5 Plus is made using Micron’s Advanced NAND technology. Specs-wise, this new SSD is capable of delivering sequential read and write speeds of up to 6600MB/s and 5000MB/s, respectively and depending on the storage variant. On that note, the P5 Plus comes in three storage capacities: 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB. With the 500GB model, the sequential write speed is cut down to just 3000MB/s, while both the 1TB and 2TB models retain the stated 5000MB/s write speed.

Crucial says that the P5 Plus will be available starting this month, with prices set at US$107.99 (~RM455) for the 500GB model, US$179.99 (~RM759) for the 1TB, and US$367.99 (~RM1553) for 2TB. At the time of writing, there is no word on local pricing or availability. (Source: Crucial via Kitguru)
