The Epic MegaGrant is a US$100 million (~RM412 million) developer’s fund, created by Epic Games as a means to aid game developers, enterprise professionals, media, and organisations working with the company’s Unreal Engine. On a side note, the MegaGrant is also something of a spiritual successor to Epic Games’ Unreal Dev Grants program. “Open tools, libraries and platforms are critical to the future of the digital content ecosystem,” said Tim Sweeney, founder and CEO of Epic Games. “Blender is an enduring resource within the artistic community, and we aim to ensure its advancement to the benefit of all creators.” Game developers and other professionals using Epic’s Unreal Engine can learn more about the company’ MegaGrant at the company’s official page. The page also has an application section at the end of it, so you simply need to fill up your details and make the case as to why you deserve to be given a portion of Epic Games’ MegaGrant.
