The recommended content differs from user to user and is based on how one interacts with material posted on the platform on a daily basis. To be specific, the recommendations range from suggested friends, pages, and groups that you might be interested in. On a related note, Facebook also acknowledges that some recommendations originate from accounts that users have no desire of following. To that end, the social network sets a certain standard to the contents they wish to recommend for all users. So as to limit the amount of inappropriate content popping up on a user’s feed.
