In our case, the online qualifiers are set to take place on 30 November with the prize pool RM25000. The competition template seems identical across all three regions; the qualifiers will kick off with a total of 128 teams, each comprising five players each. On a side note, regional qualifiers will be held in the states of Penang, KL / Selangor, Pahang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak. As said, teams will have to start off in an online regional qualifier on 30 November to fight among the other 128 teams. Then, the top 16 teams from the qualifier will play in an offline qualifier held on 14 December for the one spot to represent their region for the playoff. Currently, the locations for each offline qualifier has not been announced yet.   Games in the online qualifier segment will be played in a best of three formats, while the grand final – which is offline – will be a best of five. However, the online qualifiers will run in a single-elimination mode, while it will be a double-elimination for the offline event. Game modes will include Search and Destroy, Domination and Team Deathmatch. For each team, the cash prize is as described: the champion team will walk away with RM10000. While teams in the second and third place will receive cash prizes of RM5000 and RM3500, respectively. The fourth place winner will get RM2500, and finally, teams in the fifth and sixth place will have to share the remaining RM2000.

Registrations for Clan Invasion MY have been open since 15 November and will close on 26 November. Once again, do note that there is a limit of 128 teams, so once the slots are filled up, that’s it.
