The new “Manage App & Devices” section will now feature two sections, namely Overview and Manage. Like “My Apps”, the Overview section will inform users when specific app needs to be updated, while the Manage tab will primarily sort apps based on three categories: Installed apps, available updates, and Games. For a more organised app look and feel.

As for the updated Peer-To-Peer file sharing feature, In theory, with the implementation of P2P file sharing, users will no longer be required to download other external apps. For now, the features are still in beta, and Google hasn’t mentioned when it plans to roll it out. (Source: 9to5Google)
