Of course, the Santa Tracker is not just some imaginary geriatric stalker tool. There are a number of Santa-themed games that you can play, and some videos to watch. Some of which are a lot more educational than you’d expect, with one being like a very rudimentary coding class, and another on the benefits of having good passwords. You can also looks at some pictures of the places Santa visited. There’s also a small card called Santa Stats, that will tell you the distance Santa is from your location, and his ETA. It’s not exactly a new thing, as according to 9to5Google, the Santa Tracker made its first appearance back in 2004. Some of Google’s employees thought it would be a good idea to give people a visual representation of “exactly where Santa was on Christmas Eve”. The Santa Tracker has its own website, as well as its own dedicated Android app. (Source: Google via 9to5Google)
