The Honor 50 Lite features a flat 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080×2376 pixels. There’s also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom, alongside a USB-C port for data transfer and charging. Software-wise, like all current Honor releases, the new smartphone does come with Android 11 out of the box (via the company’s Magic UI 4.2 platform), thus supporting all GMS-based services and applications. Under its hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, paired together with a RAM capacity of 8GB and an internal storage size of 128GB. Unfortunately, Honor says the phone does not support expandable storage support. Powering the Lite is a 4,300mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support, which is claimed to be able to top-up 40% of its capacity after just 10 minutes of charging via USB-C. Housed within the large circular camera array on the back of the phone is a 64MP primary shooter, along with an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. Meanwhile, the front-facing camera situated in the display’s pill-shaped cutout features a 16MP sensor. The Honor 50 Lite is slated to arrive in Malaysia on 25 November, and is set to retail at RM999. As for colour options, the phone will be available in Deep Sea Blue, Space Silver, and Midnight Black.
