On the HONOR Malaysia Facebook page, the company has posted a teaser image to that effect. It depicts previous devices in the HONOR X series of devices. At the bottom of the teaser is the ever-recurring “Coming Soon”, devoid of any other information. Based on what we know so far, the HONOR 9X and 9X Pro are equipped with a 6.59-inch Full HD+ display, a Kirin 810 chipset, and a 4000mAh battery. They both will also feature a 16MP popup front-facing camera, and a 48MP + 2MP combo at the back, with the Pro model coming with an extra 8MP wide-angle lens. Both also come with multiple RAM and storage configurations. The HONOR 9X has 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB combos, while the Pro variant comes in either 8GB + 128GB or 8GB + 256GB. No word on which will actually make its way on our shores just yet. No doubt HONOR Malaysia will continue to drip-feed information as the company builds up to the launch.
