The person behind it goes by the handle of Chanchii (@chihirooo0707), and has demoed his work in action via a tweet.

He plans to release it within a year, and there are plans for an English version of the plugin as well. When asked by The Next Web about why the public seem so enthusiastic about this plugin, he said “maybe [it’s because] humans are lazy,” but that he was happy if it helped people.
