For Maxis and Hotlink postpaid customers, they will be able to redeem 3GB of data from Friday, 27 March onwards via MyMaxis or Hotlink Flex app. This one-time free 3GB data add-on has a validity period of 30 days. Starting from the same date, Maxis postpaid customers can also utilize Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams without any effect on their data quota. This implementation will take place automatically, so there is nothing that customers need to perform or redeem on their end. As for Hotlink prepaid customers, they will receive free 20GB on top of their HotlinkMU purchases starting this coming Monday, 23 March. This additional 20GB data will be provided to customers automatically and can be used for all Internet activities including streaming as well as downloads on any given time of the day.
