According to The Verge, the build doesn’t look like it’s meant to be used by device and machines running on a 32-bit version of Windows 10. That aside, the build does give us a look at the new layout of the design, which as you can see, foregoes Microsoft’s Live Tiles. From what we can see, it clearly doesn’t look as lively or as interactive as the Live Tiles; the new silhouette motif being used here looks very plain and pales in comparison to the punchy and vibrant colours the current Windows 10 build has.

It’s very likely that what we’re seeing is a just an unpolished or unfinished build, and it’s likely that Microsoft will be making some changes to the design over time. Further, because the build is intended for 32-bit system, no one knows if Microsoft intends to drop Live Tiles across the board anytime soon. For now, Dona Sarkar, Microsoft’s Windows Insider chief, commented on the leak. Saying that it has pulled the build and are “looking into the issue”.
