So how does the app work? Canvas is powered by NVIDIA-developed GauGAN AI painting tool, which relies on machine learning to generate various landscapes through simple instructions. These instructions are actually just doodles, where users “paint” out where certain scenery elements are expected to appear. But rather than painting with colours, materials such as sand, grass, water and so on are used to designate each element. News of the GTX 1080 Ti’s dwindling stock was first broken by Gamers Nexus, who specifies that NVIDIA had reportedly pulled production of the Pascal-based GTX 1080 Ti some time ago. Pete Lau, CEO of OnePlus, says that the OnePlus 7 Pro will come with 5G connectivity and a “significant display upgrade”. He also says that the company spent three times as much on its display than on previous models. This, in turn, may cause the OnePlus 7 Pro to cost a lot more than what we’ve come to expect from the brand, price-wise. As part of the investment bump in the OnePlus 7 Pro’s display, Lau said that it will “redefine fast and smooth” but stopped short of revealing any hardware specifications....

OPPO filed for four patents with, oddly enough, the Japan Patent Office. And they are basically variants of the same idea. One patent shows a phone with six segments. Each segment can be folded inward like a clamshell. And the bottom block is extra chunky, holding a triple camera array facing the front. The SIM tray, charging port and speakers are on this segment as well. The second OPPO patent shows perhaps the wildest design images....

Spotted by My Smart Price, the invite to the event by OPPO features a prominent number 10 alongside imagery of a prism. The original 5x zoom camera uses prisms alongside lenses to achieve lossless 5x zoom capabilities. The zoom lens design was developed in cooperation with CorePhotonics and uses a 90-degree angular prism to direct the light to a vertically positioned stabilized camera sensor.
