Also to be involved in the Streets of Rage movie production are dj2 Entertainment and Escape Artists. The former were also the Sonic franchise producers. As a movie, its easy to see Streets of Rage being simply an action fest where the story takes a back seat. The games themselves have a basic premise, but they’re usually simply an instrument to drive the players forward to additional stages, if anything....

Liberty Times reports that MSI contributed to the smart vending machine’s design by incorporating telecommunications, mobile payments, interactive displays and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) technology. The design of the foldable devices generally falls into two versions – one that folds inside and one that folds outside. The two tablet models will have both versions, with one looking like a book when folded in. The other model will have the screen on the outside so users can have the tablet in multiple modes. The flip-phone devices also feature screens either on the inside or the outside....

In his first interview since the film’s shockingly underwhelming theatrical run, the director of Terminator: Dark Fate, Tim Miller told KCRW’s “The Business” podcast (via IndieWire) that he will never work with James Cameron again. Miller explains that he didn’t have much creative control in the making of the film. Giving us a peek into what appears to be a very tense production, Miller said that his disagreements with James Cameron (who’s the producer of Dark Fate) started in the early stages of development when the two couldn’t come to an agreement on what the story should be....

Available now at the newly opened TGV Cinemas in Toppen Shopping Centre Johor Bahru (also the home to the new IKEA JB), it is also apparently the first Flexound Augmented Audio installation in Southeast Asia. If you not familiar with Flexound, it is a company based in Finland and its Augmented Audio technology involved the implementation of sound modules directly into individual cinema seats. This means that each of 140 seats in the Flexound auditorium has its own audio system....

The Joker starring acclaimed actor Joaquin Phoenix (Her) and helmed by Todd Philips (The Hangover franchise) is an R-rated prequel film that is reportedly set outside the main DCEU. In it, Phoenix plays a stand-up comedian named Arthur Fleck who is driven insane and becomes the Joker. The film has all the makings of a dark and gritty character study. In an interview with NME, Marc Maron who also stars in this comic book movie confirms exactly that....

Instead, Apple has chosen to open it in Bangkok, Thailand. Also true to previous rumors, the new outlet is located at Iconsiam which is an equally new mixed-use development area on the banks of the Chao Phraya River within the Khlong San district of the city. According to Apple Thailand’s official website, the new Apple Iconsiam will be opening its doors to customers on this coming 10 November. On the other hand, King’s League: Odyssey is a Flash strategy game featuring over 40 character classes that you can assemble in your army. And finally SIMULACRA is a horror thriller story told almost entirely via a phone UI. TNB says the installation of the new Smart Meter is free of charge. Users will first be notified by mail prior to the visit, which also provides the expected date of the installation. TNB added that the process will only be done on the scheduled date if at least one adult is present at home. Back in February, TNG Digital has announced the addition of LKSA and SMART into the list of highways that support the PayDirect feature which was first introduced in last December at DUKE. To quickly recap, the initial investment will be used to help TSMC build an advanced factory that, upon completion, will be used to fabricate all future chips for its clients, with the plant’s first wafers to be delivered by the year 2024. After that, TSMC will be spending the remaining US$8.5 billion (~RM35 billion) of its investment through 2029. ORIGINAL STORY (8:44 PM): U Mobile customers might be facing difficulties in using the telco’s service at the moment. The service disruption was revealed by the telco’s disgruntled customers through social media. Based on the tweets and Facebook posts from customers, it seemed that they have begun facing connectivity issues since a few hours ago. According to these customers, U Mobile’s connection seemed to have disappeared altogether as indicated by the “No Service” or “SOS Only” status on their phones....

Originally said to end on 28 December 2018, the deal’s new expiry date has now been set to 30 June 2019. That being said, U Mobile pointed out that the extension only involved certain areas although the company didn’t specifically point them out. U Mobile further added that the telco has spent more than RM 5 billion on its new network infrastructure that was part of its network replacement exercise for the past 18 months....
