Touch ‘n Go has just announced 18 new additions to its list of fitment centres across the three states. Unfortunately, it looks like some of them will only be operating until 31 March 2020. Shuntaro Furukawa, CEO of Nintendo, said that the company is always working on new hardware, and that it will announce them when they are ready to be sold. For now, Furukawa said that Nintendo has no plans to announce the Switch variant at this year’s E3. Rumours of the two Switch console variants began circulating about a month ago. One of them is believed to be a more affordable variant but still retains the ability to be docked and connected to your TV....

According to the official announcement, Nintendo will cease taking repair request for Wii consoles with the model number RVL-001 after the 31 March 2020. Once that date has passed, Wii owners will have no choice but to seek out repair services via third-parties or if you’re feeling brave and confident enough. Engage in a little bit of self-repair. The primary reason behind Nintendo’s decision is because parts and components necessary to repair the console are no longer in production....

As Amanz reports, the Nothing ear (1) STICK has been found in the SIRIM database. This was a pretty recent thing too, judging from the 30 August approval date. This means an imminent announcement and launch, but beyond that fact, it’s anyone’s guess as to when it will actually happen. On the surface, the one major difference between the STICK and the base model is the charging case. Rather than the original square-ish shape, this newer model has a slim rectangular shape to it instead....

Like its bigger and more powerful siblings, the RTX 3050 is built around the Ampere architecture, along with the same 2nd generation RT Cores and 3rd generation Tensor Cores, along with 8GB GDDR6 graphics memory. The rumours originate from prominent and reliable hardware leakster kopite7kimi (@kopite7kimi), who updated their previous tweet about the RTX 4060 Ti. In that tweet, they also referenced that the mid-range GPU would have a very short reference board and that it would use an AD106-350-A1 GPU. That’s a GPU that hasn’t been announced yet, with the lowest tier that is currently available being the AD104 GPU, which is currently in use with the RTX 4070 Ti....

According to Bloomberg, the GPU brand is reported in “advanced talks” to permanently and officially acquiring ARM from the semiconductor firm’s principal owner, Japan’s Softbank Group. As to how much NVIDIA intends to pay, sources familiar with the subject have hinted that the offer could be to the tune of US$32 billion (~RM135 billion). Both parties are expected to arrive at some sort of agreement over the next few weeks....

Despite the hefty earnings, NVIDIA’s market share fell steeply nearing the end of last year, losing nearly 50% of its value, and now hovering around the US$144....
