That said, the earliest we will be seeing this IGZO display on a Switch is next year....

To recap, the original Switch has a battery life between 2.5 and 6.5 hours in handheld mode, while the new model with the enhanced battery is reportedly capable of running between 4.5 and nine hours. Needless to say, how long the battery lasts really depends on the game you play; Nintendo claims that the new Switch will be able to run The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for about two and half hours longer, compared to the original Switch....
