Bloomberg reports that the upgrades to the Nintendo Switch OLED makes it cost about US$10 (~RM42) more to make than the standard model. Though that figure ballooned to a US$50 markup for consumers, since it is priced at US$350 as opposed to the original’s US$300. Which seems like potential buyers are getting the raw end of the deal, since we’re getting a lower DPI rating thanks to the larger, 7-inch display maintaining the 720p resolution....

For the last two years, Malaysians arriving from overseas were given COVID-19 PCR screening tests free of charge, with the exception of those using VTL flights. As the government is set to fully reopen the country’s international borders, arrivals will no longer be required to quarantine or take a PCR test, but rather, they have the choice to take professional tests either at the airport or with other private medical facilities outside within 24 hours....

When the launcher first launched last month, it only comes with Nothing OS-specific wallpapers, widgets, and ability to resize icons and folders. Moving on to the camera, the Nubia Play 5G’s main camera module is made of four sensors: a 48MP Sony IMX582 main shooter, an 8MP wide-angle, a 2MP Super Macro, and a 2MP depth sensor....

One of it is the 90Hz refresh rate for its 6.65-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It has recently been discovered that some of Nurflix’s user accounts could be found through Google Search. As discovered by Amanz, among the information that was revealed through the search engine includes user names and e-mail addresses: Clicking on these Nurflix accounts that were shown on Google Search would not reveal further information about them though as one still requires a password in order to access them. In general, it is possible that the admins of Nurflix may have overlooked their settings and have allowed Google to index some areas of its website that should be off-limits to the public....

The revelation of NVIDIA’s crippling shortage was made by Huang during a Q&A session that took place after its GTC 2020 keynote. The topic popped up, inevitably, during the session, and Huang’s response was a little surprising. According to him, the shortage of cards was caused, not by a shortfall in supply, but rather an “abundance of demand”. To say that NVIDIA’s launch of its GeForce RTX 30 series was off to a rocky start is a mild understatement....

On paper, the GTX 1630 is a card with 4GB GDDR6 graphics memory and more specifically, based on a Turing TU1171-150 GPU. In addition, the new entry-level GPU also has 512 CUDA cores, which is actually fewer than the CUDA cores found in the GTX 1650. In an effort to drive home the card’s bare bones nature, NVIDIA has also limited the card’s memory bus size to just 64-bit, meaning that, in theory, its maximum bandwidth is reduced from 192GB/s to 96GB/s....

Hence, its role remained the same as the RTX 2060 is indeed the mid-tier Turing-based offering from NVIDIA. One particular seller is offering up three Gigabyte RTX 3060 Eagle OC cards for 2800 Belarusian Rubles, which comes up to approximately RM4370 per card. Yes, you read that right; that is the price the seller is charging for one card, and not all three of them. In addition to the price, the seller says that one of the cards in the list had already been opened up for the purpose of “verification”....

According to Igor Wallossek, the owner and founder of the German tech review site, Igor’s Lab, the original launch date of 11 January for the RTX 3070 Ti, in particular, has been pushed back. The new launch date is now reportedly 1 February 2022, which is also the date for Chinese New Year. With regards to the RTX 3080 12GB, Wallossek says that he was unable to find out the card’s new launch date, which is a little odd when you consider that all signs pointed to both cards launching together....

As seen from the latest images provided by the company, the actual design of the OnePlus 9 Pro is exactly how it was depicted in the earlier leaks. In front of the device is a curved screen with an in-display camera located on its upper left corner, while on its back is a quad camera setup housed in a vertical bump, which also features Hasselblad’s branding. The volume rocker is visible on the left side of the phone, and on the right is where the state slider and lock button are located....

The breach was discovered when the security team was monitoring OnePlus’ systems and noticed that an unauthorized party was accessing some of their users’ order information. The team took immediate action to stop the intruder and reinforced security to make sure that no similar vulnerabilities were present. Prior to the announcement, the company has sent out emails to impacted users, notifying them of the breach. While on the other hand, OnePlus also confirmed that all payment information, passwords, and accounts are still secure, but warns affected users that they may receive spam and phishing emails as a result of this incident....

The design language of the foldable prototype looks very similar to the Huawei Mate X. The prototype has a wraparound exterior display with verticle bar on the side for cameras, buttons, and ports. No official specifications were shared on the post. Brian Shen, however, replied to some of the comments, giving us a little more information on the prototype. In previous weeks, Shen revealed on his Twitter account a portion of the OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G’s frontal design which revealed its curved screen display and thin size. Following Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Tech Summit which happened last week, the OPPO vice president has confirmed that the Reno 3 Pro 5G variant will be equipped with a Snapdragon 765G SoC. Other confirmed details regarding the phone include featuring dual-mode 5G connectivity, a 4025mAh battery, and a weight of less than 0....

The concept phone comes in at a regular size of 6.7-inches, which then can be extended to a total of 7.4-inches in width via a motorised scroll mechanism. As demonstrated by the company in a series of short videos on Twitter, a simple swipe on a button located on its side will trigger the transformation, and swiping it in reverse after that will do the opposite. OPPO claims that users are allowed to freely customise the screen size outside of its default minimum and maximum width if they wish....
