During an interview with Gadgets 360, Roger Chandler, vice president and general manager for Client Graphics Products and Solutions, Intel, told the news site that Intel has no plans on implementing such mechanisms into its graphics lineup. Simply put, the man said that such measures were not a priority for the chipmaker and that it was not designing a “product or building any features at this point that specifically target miners”....

Those who followed the progress of the Intel NUC division may have noticed the codename style and the skull logo on the machine’s chassis – both are common traits of high-performance NUC offerings. For example, we recently spotted Intel NUC 12 Extreme mini PC on display in Malaysia which has a similar skull on its chassis and was codenamed Dragon Canyon. The new mid-range chipset falls in between the current B360 and H270 chipset. Despite its moniker though, the new chipset is believed to resemble the Intel’s Kaby Lake H270 chipset more in terms of features. However, instead of being built on Intel more current 14nm fabrication, the company has – oddly enough – decided to build its new chipset based on a larger 22nm die lithography. But that said, the B365 chipset does certainly feature several upgrades over the B360....

According to Appleinsider, one couple of users claims their 105.-inch iPad Pro reboots itself between 30 and 45 seconds after logging in. This happens even without any apps running, and started after getting the iPadOS 13.4.1. Another user claims to have a similar issue with the 11-inch iPad Pro as well. But in this case, the iPad Pro reboots every 10 minutes. It’s also an issue that may not be solved by resetting the iPad Pro to factory default....

According to iPay88 co-founder and executive director Lim Kok Hing, the pandemic has generally driven the digitalisation of businesses, with more merchants enabling at least one online channel – whether to set up their own webstore or sell via a marketplace – to stay afloat. Accordingly, online touchpoints increased by 30% in 2020, to over 37,000 as more merchants shifted their businesses online. Observing these trends, iPay88 has expanded its e-wallet support while strengthening its existing partnership with Shopee by integrating the e-commerce platform’s e-wallet, ShopeePay as an option within its payment gateway solution....

As 9to5Mac reports, early adopters of the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max in countries who got the device earlier report issues with the phone’s cameras when using third-party apps. Users are reporting camera shakes when using apps like Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok. South Korean news outlet The Elec reports that Samsung and LG have both started the production of said display. The outlet’s sources claim that the former started production in the middle of the month. The latter, on the other hand, began production more recently. Also included in the report is the fact that this production run started a month early compared to last year. Apple itself made the request to start production earlier....

These details came from a new research note by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. According to MacRumors, the iPhone SE Plus is expected to have either a 5.5.-inch or 6.1-inch full-screen display. This is similar to the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. But unlike those two devices, the SE Plus will reportedly feature Touch ID via a side-mounted power button. If this is true, then it would be the first for an iPhone to have a side mounted fingerprint sensor....

According to the announcement, J. Allen Brack will be leaving the company “to pursue new opportunities”. In his place, Jen Oneal and Mike Ybarra have both been elected as co-leaders of the company. The former was once the lead at Vicarious Visions, and the latter spent 7 years as an Xbox senior executive. The announcement makes it sound like J. Allen Brack left of his own accord. But if you’ve paid attention to Blizzard Entertainment ever since co-founder Mike Morhaime left, you’d wonder if that’s really the case....

During an online watch party for the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie, director James Gunn was having fun interacting with his fans on Twitter during which tried his best to answer the barrage of questions.
