A preview from WABetaInfo shows that the voice note interface seems to be overhauled. Instead of the current UI where users are required to hold the record button and slide to cancel, it now features a new “Stop” button when a voice recording is being conducted. This enables recordings to be paused and later stitched together as a single continuous track, which is quite useful as you won’t need to send multiple voice messages in case you need to stop in the middle of recording....

According to a report by the Financial Times, once the spyware has managed to make its way into the victim’s phone, Pegasus would then be able to access and obtain data from accounts that include Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, and Google cloud services, to name a few. This new capability is a visible upgrade over the previous version of the spyware, which was only capable of harvesting data directly from the phone’s storage....

However, the beloved British MI6 agent might not be using the phone, but rather Nokia’s new 5G smartphone instead. The Xbox Game Pass page says that the PC version of the pass is still in beta. As such it also comes with a price of US$4.99 (~RM21). When the beta phase is over it will revert to US$9.99 (~RM42), similar to the price of the service on the Xbox One console. As of now, it looks like the only subscription option is a monthly one. That said, it does come with a number of perks of its own, like 20% discounts off games from the Microsoft Store....

Speaking to IGN, Spencer says that he sees such a move by PlayStation as “an inevitability”. Not only that, he also thinks that the service, like Xbox Game Pass, will give subscribers access to new games the day they launch. Though it’s worth noting that he doesn’t specify if this is only for third-party titles, or if it also includes first-party and exclusive games. Spencer also says that he doesn’t think that this is evidence that Xbox made the right move, but that this is the direction that gaming will head to eventually....

According to a report by XDA, several sources have shared what appears to be live photos of the alleged Xiaomi Mi 10T smartphone – specifically, a Pro variant. The images revealed that the device sports a rear camera setup that bears a slight resemblance to the one on the Vivo X50, with a large primary camera sitting prominently on top of other smaller ones below it. It is suggested that the Pro variant sports a 108MP main sensor, while XDA believes that the standard model will include a 64MP camera instead....

According to several sources, live photos of the Xiaomi Mi 11 have appeared online via Weibo, revealing its rear camera array. Amusingly, even though labeled as “leaked photos” by the uploaders, the images look as if they were planned shots rather than typical sneak shots. But then again, most “leaks” of this category are usually questionable whether it is actually intended or just mere employee carelessness. Moving on. All of the images mentioned showcase the same Mi 11 model, which is believed to be the standard variant....

The video was first posted by Lu Weibing, General Manager of Redmi, on his official Weibo account. The short video demonstration basically shows off the Redmi K30 5G running the Blur Busters’ Motion test loop. It should be pointed out that by default, the phone’s display already runs at a native 120Hz refresh rate, which is evidenced by the Redmi K30 5G seen on the left in the video. On that note, Weibing made it clear that the test was performed in the company’s laboratory, but fell short of actually saying if it will release an update that would enable the phone’s display to achieve 144Hz....

For the record, the image doesn’t outright specify that its 64MP is Samsung-made. However, it should be pointed out that Samsung is currently the only company to have officially announced a sensor of that size. Further, given its announcement back in May and this current teaser, it’s very unlikely that this is a coincidence. As you would expect, the teaser poster doesn’t reveal much beyond the sensor size. However, if the 64MP sensor actually turns out to be the same Samsung model, it’s clear that we can expect some really clear and detailed images as suggested by the teaser....

Arriving three months later than the original Mi 11, both the Pro and Ultra variants were completely absent from the smartphone’s initial launch in December last year. As expected, no details regarding either models were shared by the company. However, an earlier leak by YouTuber Tech Buff PH suggests that the Ultra model features the same Snapdragon 888 chipset and Harman Kardon-enhanced stereo speakers, as well as a larger 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging....

Powered by a Cortex A55 quad-core CPU with Mali G52 MP2 GPU alongside 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage, the 58-inch model offer a 4K panel with a 60Hz refresh rate. With DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage of 90%, the new smart TV is able to support HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision contents. For 43 and 32-inches models, they are powered by the same A55-based CPU but with a Mali G31 MP2 GPU instead....
