If there’s something they crave, then they can just make a doodle of it and scan it using the Grab app. The AI behind it, made with the help of Google, will then try to figure out what the doodle represents. Then, the app will suggest a vendor that has the food item, and can deliver it....
Offered in Thailand since a few months ago, GrabDriveYourCar allows you to ask for a driver from Grab to drive your vehicle. Based on the promotion images that we’ve seen, it looks like Grab is targeting this service to those that love to have drink out sessions. With a base price of THB 350 (~RM 48), there is an additional fee of THB 100 (~RM 14) for every 5km. It goes without saying that the driver that Grab provided for this service have went through proper training and the company has even provided special outfit to these drivers to make sure that customers can identify them properly....

Act 342 currently limits the compound to RM1,000 although the Emergency Ordinance (EO) which was implemented during the Movement Control Order and National Recovery Plan allows the amount to be much higher at up to RM10,000 for individuals while the limit for companies or government agencies was RM50,000. Company chairman Ken Hu told the BBC that the sanctions did “a lot of damage” to the firm and described Huawei’s experience last year as challenging. “We think this is a very unfair situation,” he said at a press conference. For 2020, Huawei announced revenue of 891.4 billion yuan (~RM562 billion) and a profit of 64.6 billion yuan (~RM40.7 billion), up 3.8% and 3.2% respectively. But that obscures the fact that the company saw significant declines in revenue across all regions except China....
Alongside its development for devices, Huawei has also developed its own proprietary OS for its products. This includes both smartphones and laptops. Its latest device, the Mate 20 series, currently runs Android while its Matebook series run Microsoft’s Windows 10 OS. The development of the alternate OS started way back in 2012, when the first investigation started against Huawei and ZTE. As of 2016, the company is reportedly still fine-tuning the OS....

For the record, I personally find that any smartphone with the ability to fold these days is an engineering feat in and of itself. To that end, phones like the Mate Xs or Samsung’s Galaxy Fold do draw out some sense of wonder and amazement in me. But I digress. Getting back to the matter at hand, the Mate Xs looks like a solid device and it most certainly feels like it as well....

Powered by the 4G variant of Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, the new foldable comes with a 6.9-inch 120Hz OLED main screen that also has a native resolution of 2790 x 1188. At the same time, there is also a circular 1.04-inch 60Hz OLED cover screen with 340 x 340 resolution that is located next to the P50 Pocket’s primary camera module....
