ZDNet reports that Panos Panay, Chief Product Officer of Microsoft, said the company won’t be releasing the Surface Neo this year. The company will also not be enabling Windows 10X for dual-screen devices by other companies either. But it looks like since its initial announcement, the company had started getting Windows 10X to work on single-screen devices. On that front, Microsoft is still hoping to deliver some of the features of Windows 10X earlier....
