Reuters reports that, on the ByteDance side of things, the acquisition would be done by Nuverse, its video games division. The report also cites an internal memo where Montoon CEO Yuan Jing said that the company will maintain its autonomy. ByteDance was not the only company eyeing Moonton for acquisition though. China’s gaming giant Tencent previously made a bid for Moonton, but its offer was matched by ByteDance. What makes things even more interesting is the fact that Moonton was founded by a former Tencent employee....

Both cameras have a 20.1MP sensor in a 1-inch stacked CMOS, which Canon says is larger than the sensors typically found in compact cameras. More importantly, the cameras also have ISO speed from 125 – 12800, and is expandable by up to 25600. Underneath the hood, both cameras are packing Canon’s DIGIC 8 processor, which are more or less identical to the processor found in the newly released EOS M6 Mark II And EOS 90D....

In a media statement today, Celcom has said that it has already recorded a 40% increase of data traffic within the Q3 of 2020 as opposed to Q4 of 2019. The first time Dumbo flies around the Medici circus and sprays water on a bunch of rowdy teenagers is a heart-racing moment of pure bliss....

With the deal of US$44 billion (~RM191.51 billion), this will give ownership of the company to Elon Musk. This equates to US$54.20 per share as initially offered.
