The S21 FE is, in a sense, a return to form for Samsung; unlike the S20 FE and its Snapdragon 865 SoC, the model we’re getting has reverted to Samsung’s own Exynos chipset and more specifically, the 5nm Exynos 2100. As for its display, the S21 FE employs a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X FHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and, much like its predecessor before, it’s a flat-screen but boy, does it and the rest of the phone feels good to the touch, Every corner, every edge around the phone feels fleshed out....

The Blue Bird e-hailing feature on Shopee has two types of vehicles at the moment: including the regular Blue Bird taxi and Blue Bird Van for bigger groups. Interesting enough, customers can actually use Shopee Coins to offset the price of their taxi rides. This isn’t the first time that Shopee and Bluebird have collaborated together. Earlier this year, Bluebird integrated Shopeepay into the MyBlueBird app as a payment method and in turn, Shopee added Bluebird’s logistics service, BirdKirim, into its app so users can send and receive parcels on demand....

For those who missed it, Shopee first teased this new food delivery service back in June and started a recruitment drive for delivery partners at the same time. Interesting enough, SIRIM will also stop certifying 4G devices that have the ability to perform phone calls but do not support Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) feature. That being said, SIRIM may consider approving 3G only and VoLTE-less 4G devices that are imported to Malaysia for the sole purpose of after-sales services on a case by case basis until 31 December 2021. According to the announcement, SK Hynix will be paying USD 9 billion (~RM 37.29 billion) to Intel as part of the deal. In exchange, the company will receive Intel’s NAND solid state drive business as well as its NAND component and wafer business. According to XDA’s hands-on with the Xperia 1 II, it appears that the new smartphone includes Heat Suppression (HS) Power Control feature as part of its Game Mode settings. Basically, it will allow users to power the phone directly via its charger without consuming energy from the phone’s battery. This also means that the battery will not be charged as long as the HS Power Control is activated during gaming sessions....
