For the 2020 edition, you can respond to the MyCensus online via DOSM’s e-Census website starting from 7 July until 30 September as well through telephone interviews. For those who require physical interviews or manual forms, it will take place from 7 to 24 October.
DOSM is now in the process of sending MyCensus 2020 postcard which contains invitation code to select households throughout the country. Don’t worry if you didn’t receive the postcard though as you can still obtain the access to the system from 7 July until 23 September 2020 through the e-Census website. Well, we just hope that DOSM’s IT infrastructure is ready for the possibility to face a massive amount of users trying to access e-Census in just a few days time.
