So what exactly is the Tomahawk? The first component is the similarly named Razer Tomahawk N1 aluminium chassis. It’s got glass on both sides, one of which is to showcase the largest component inside – the graphics card. There’s no motherboard in there, as it operates using an Intel NUC instead.
Razer can ship the Tomahawk with an Intel NUC that packs up to a 9th-gen Core i9 CPU, and up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM. The company did not specify the available storage options, but the NUC has two M.2 SSD slots available. As for the graphics card, you can have up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 in there.
The Razer Tomahawk will be available in the first half of 2020, but did not mention local availability specifically. If you’re interested, the Tomahawk N1 casing can also be bought on its own. You will then be free to use your own full-length graphics card, NUC, fan, RAM and SSD. The company did not mention any pricing details though, whether local or international.
