[Update 10.30 pm] We have received an official reply from TIME, which we have reproduced in full below. Our primary TIME connection at the Lowyat HQ still remains down at this point in time. [Update 9.59 pm] We can independently verify that TIME’s Fibre Internet service is slowly recovering to TIME subscribers across the country. While most users are able to get online, their network speed seems to have been capped to speeds below 50Mbps.  We have yet to receive an official response from TIME, and neither were we able to find any statements on their official social media channels with regards to the outage. We did, however, find a number of customers who did manage to get through to the Customer Service Hotline and were given the following explanation in relation to the outage. We are receiving reports, and can independently verify that TIME Fibre Internet services has gone down across the country. The outage, which started at around 8pm is affecting both Residential as well as Business subscribers. We have yet to receive any official statement from TIME Internet with regards to the outage at this point in time.
